We will treat each other with respect and politeness at all times with our attitude, words, and actions. We begin and end every public encounter on a positive note. We will conduct all our activities in accordance with all hospital policies and procedures, and local, state, and federal laws or regulations pertaining to standards of conduct, documentation, business practices, and confidentiality. We will avoid even the appearance of undue or illegal influence upon us as providers in the care of our patients. We will protect the property and other assets of Lakeside and the property entrusted to us by patients, families, and others against loss, theft, or abuse. We maintain an impairment-free workplace. We will avoid conflicts of interest in appearance or in fact and will not pursue independent relationships based on our affiliations with Lakeside, compete with Lakeside, or intentionally cause harm to Lakeside’s financial status or reputation.
