Below you will find options to support Lakeside by making a general, memorial, or honor gift donation and to sponsor/register for the Annual Gala Dinner or the Kevin C. Nacy Golf Classic using your credit card online.

Annual Gala Dinner Registration
Please use this section if registering as an individual (at either the Patron or Founder level) or as a table of 10 (Pillar Table) to the 23rd Annual Gala Dinner on December 9, 2011 with keynote speaker, Dr. Bradford Berk at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center.
You will also need to complete the Guest Confirmation form and submit that to the Foundation office so we can register your guests and send them important details pertaining to the Gala.

Kevin C. Nacy Golf Classic Sponsorship/Registration
Use this section to register as an individual player (Birdie Level) or to support Lakeside as a major sponsor of the 2012 Annual Golf Classic. (Stay tuned for details regarding our 2012 event in the near future.)
