Lakeside Health is located at 156 West Avenue in Brockport. We’re near the intersection of West/East Ave. and N. Main St. For specific directions from your home visit Google Maps.

From the East:

Take 490 W, to exit NY 531W toward Spencerport/Brockport. Turn right on NY-36 Washington St., then the first left on to Brockport/Spencerport Rd. 31W.Then right on to Lake Road, left on to West Ave. Lakeside is on the right. Current construction may require alternate routes: If you are driving from the east on 531 an alternate route is to head North on Route 260, then turn west on Route 104, take a left on Redman Rd and a left on West Ave: Lakeside will be on your left handside.

From the West:

Thruway (I-90) East to Exit 47 (LeRoy), then 490 East to 2nd exit – Bergen/Riga, turn left onto Rt. 33, go to light; take right on to Route 19 N. As you enter Brockport, Route 19 turns into Main Street, follow Main Street through the Village of Brockport, go over the canal and make a left at the light, this will be West Avenue. Lakeside Health is about a half mile down, on the right. Current construction may require alternate routes:  From south of the village head west on Route 31 (4th section rd), then turn right on Redman Rd and turn right on West Ave: Lakeside will be on your left handside.

Detour signs should redirect traffic as necessary.
