Trying to find us?

Lakeside Health is located at 156 West Avenue in Brockport. We’re near the intersection of West/East Ave. and N. Main St. For specific directions from your home visit Google Maps.

From the East:

Take 490 W, to exit NY 531W toward Spencerport/Brockport. Turn right on NY-36 Washington St., then the first left on to Brockport/Spencerport Rd. 31W.  Then right on to Lake Road, left on to West Ave.  Lakeside is on the right.

From the West:

Thruway (I-90) East to Exit 47 (LeRoy), then 490 East to 2nd exit – Bergen/Riga, turn left onto Rt. 33, go to light; take right on to Route 19 N. As you enter Brockport, Route 19 turns into Main Street, follow Main Street through the Village of Brockport, go over the canal and make a left at the light, this will be West Avenue. Lakeside Health is about a half mile down, on the right.
